Real Estate is the single largest component of prosperity; estimated to represent approximately 25% of the world’s economic wealth. Colorado ranks among the top states for employment in Real Estate Brokerage and boasts one of the highest concentrations of jobs in the industry.
Our Real Estate Major, B.S. is an interdisciplinary program designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the real estate industry. Through this program, students will gain expertise in real estate law, market research and financial analysis, negotiation, and much more preparing them for careers in commercial and residential real estate. With a curriculum grounded in industry best practices and connections to Denver’s dynamic real estate market, graduates will be ready to make an impact in the field.
