Jennifer Watson – Assistant Professor in Food & Beverage

Hey everyone, I’m Jennifer Watson, aka Dr. Chef. I am a registered dietitian that loves to cook, eat, and talk about food! I also love to travel and be in the outdoors, whether running, hiking, camping, or just enjoying a craft brew on the back porch. I’m a graduate of K-State’s coordinated program in dietetics, and I got my MS and PhD from Iowa State as an online/distance student in foodservice management and hospitality. I have been at MSU Denver since 2018 when I started teaching as an affiliate, and I currently oversee the culinary arts and culinary nutrition certificate.
