Meet Katie!

Katie is a lecturer in Brewery Operations and manages the Beverage Analytics QA/QC Laboratory. She has over nine years of experience conducting chemical and sensory analysis on alcoholic beverages. Courses taught include: Intro to Homebrewing and Fermentation, Beers of the World, Beer Styles and Service, Brewing Science and Technology, Beer and Food, and Brewing Quality Analysis.
